The large 6 bedroom condo is centrally located in the strip area of Myrtle Beach at the Myrtle Beach Villas 2 facility with excellent access to Myrtle Beach's local nightlife, entertainment, shops and restaurants. The vacation condo is located on Ocean Blvd directly across the street from Myrtle Beach's wide sandy beaches. The vacation condo is not actually located on the ocean side of Ocean Blvd, but is on the land side around 80 yards to the beach - so actually an ocean front vacation condo in Myrtle Beach. The strip area of Myrtle Beach does not have ocean front vacation rental condos (or houses) close to this size on the ocean side of Ocean Blvd. For an ocean front vacation condo or house close to this size you would have to sacrifice our excellent location.

The Myrtle Beach Villas II facility has a lazy river, 2 small pools incorporated into the lazy river, 2 hot tubs and a 1 foot deep kiddy pool. The Myrtle Beach Villas II facility also has private under building parking, elevators from the parking deck to the vacation rental condo entrance and additional free street parking close by for extra lesser used vehicles you may want to bring to Myrtle Beach Villas II.
